We're On the Move! (click here for letter)

December 28th, 2008 - We had our first service at the new church building! Not everything is done yet (no carpet in the stage or nursery, no Kitchen cabinets, no stall dividers in bathrooms and unfinished wiring to name a few) but it worked just fine for meeting there! We needed to be out of the old building as it needed to be ready for the selling of it. Friday the 26th was the big moving day and many people were able to help which was very nice! The moving got done in very good time.

December 14th, 2008 - We should have the carpeting and painting done by the end of this week. Next week I believe the bathrooms will be ready, and by the 28th, we should be fully moved out of the old building and into the new. Please be praying about the continued paperwork that needs to be done.

October 15th, 2008 - If you miss a few days, alot happens! Look through the photo album to see...

October 4th, 2008 - The walls are going up! We're almost ready for sheetrock and roofing. Please be praying for the sale of our old church building!

September 23rd, 2008 - The basement floor is poured and the wood floor up. The plumbing is still being finished, the gravel is graded, and we're almost ready to pour the main sanctuary floor.

September 16th, 2008 - The foundation is up, the basement walls are tarred, the plumbing is in, and the styrofoam laid! A large group of volunteers worked for about 2 hours last night to insulate the foundation walls with foam. They had to move alot of dirt, but with all that help it didn't take long. Thanks everybody!

August 30th, 2008   The new church basement walls are complete!

This last week of August, progress has slowly been made on the basement walls of our new church building. Thanks to Vern Parks, and lots of volunteers, the bricks are being morterd together, slowly climbing higher and higher. This week Brandt Johnson is coming to help, all the way from Tamarack. Please keep praying for healing on Vern Park's neck.

 August 18th,  a group of volunteers went out to the building site to arrange bricks, helping out the person who is going to be building the basement wall. It was hot work, but only took about an hour to finish.

The construction for the new Church Building is underway! The land is currently covered with piles of dirt and the basement has been dug. We are excited to see how quickly the building will go up.
